Is the Forum down?

I cant get into the Forum area of the Saving Advice only the blogs.

This is what I am getting.


Fatal error: Cannot redeclare getmicrotime() (previously declared in /home/savingad/public_html/debug.inc.php:4) in /home/savingad/public_html/beta/debug.inc.php on line 6


I hope next time I come in I can get on thanks.
