In the last 28 days I have

Gone shopping or bought something other than food out. 15 times

Went to the city by bus 4 times

Drove my car only. 8 times

Had food bought or had for free away from home. 8 times

And had 8 No Spending Days.

Lets see what next 28 days tallies will be.

    My No spend day are a bit lower this time but then I am spending more time with my son. We eat out when we are together as once I bought food for him but he never made the time to come an eat at my place. So now I don't keep food for them just a float of money for when they arrive we all go out. They do the same at they place. It's dutch so I not paying for them.
